RETURN POLICY

DO YOU NEED A DIFFERENT SIZE OR DO YOU SIMPLY WANT TO RETURN YOUR ITEM?

We get it! Here at Designsby Brooke we want you to love your purchases and if for some reason you don't we want you to at least love your experience with us. Please read the below carefully and completely. 

RETURNS: 

1. Refer to the complete Return Policy below  to ensure that your return meets all criteria

2. Return shipping is solely the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information for your record. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise while in transit.

3. Merchandise may be returned within 7 days from the date that you received your order (please refer to the tracking info) for an EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT ONLY!  (your exchange or store credit will exclude shipping costs).

4. Once your package is received please allow us up to five business days for processing. Once your return is processed you will receive an email notification from us with the status of your return. At this time we will ask if you prefer store credit or an exchange.  

5. All merchandise must be returned in NEW CONDITION, meaning it must be in the exact condition it was in when your received it from us; unwashed, unaltered and with the original tags still attached and your receipt. Any merchandise returned with the original tags unattached, with makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair or the smell of smoke will be refused and returned to you along with an invoice for the return shipping. 

*Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

DEFECTIVE
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt (refer to your tracking number).  NO EXCEPTIONS!!
 

FINAL SALES

The following items are NON-returnable and are NOT eligible for exchanges and/ or store credit:  Sale items, Clearance items, Bathing Suits or Jewelry. 

REFUNDS

We do NOT issue refunds. We DO issue store credit or exchanges ONLY (minus shipping fees). NO EXCEPTIONS!!
