PLEASE READ!

I AM AN ARTIST/DESIGNER CREATING MANY ORDERS PER MONTH RANGING FROM APPAREL to FURNITURE PIECES. ALL I ASK IS THAT YOU READ CAREFULLY and FULLY UNDERSTAND MY POLICY & PROCEDURES BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER. 

NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES, NO EXCEPTIONS
ONLINE APPAREL & ACCESSORIES: Each item is created by my manufacturer once the order has been placed and may take an estimated 4-6 weeks for creation/shipping/delivery. 

WE DO NOT OFFER RUSH ORDERS!!!

READY TO SHIP ITEMS: These are all items that are created in house. These items are typically sold via social media. If these items are ever listed online they will be located in the limited edition section.  These items will ship within 7 business days once payment received. Artist/Designer has full creative freedom/control when creating these items. We do not offer customization.

COMMISSIONSFURNITURE - PAINTINGS - MURALS
All commissions require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to be made at the time order is placed. Commissions take an estimated 4-6 weeks to complete depending on the detail. Prices are strictly for the work entailed. It doesn't change if you have the piece of furniture or if I find you one. The balance is due at time of completion (delivery/pickup/shipment). 

COMMUNICATION: The only communication that will be acknowledged is email designsbybrookellc@gmail.com  (be sure to include your order number when emailing). Do not email status checks please unless the above timeline is passed. Do not email requesting refunds as they will not be issued. You will receive emails during the process as the status changes. Status checks will be ignored!!!! 
NO DM's, NO TEXT, NO FB MESSAGES...NO EXCEPTIONS! 

NOT RESONPONSIBLE FOR DELAYS DUE TO:
  • SHIPPING (you should call the postal service and reference the tracking number provided)
  • LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES (you should call the postal service and reference the tracking number provided)
  • INCLEMENT WEATHER (out of everyone's control...just be patient BUT if you must still contact the postal service please reference the tracking number provided)
SHIPPING: You are responsible for tracking your package. You will receive a tracking number once your package has shipped. If you have not received a tracking number, your item has not yet shipped
 
HOURS OF OPERATIONS:
  • CLOSED: Monday & Tuesday as well as all major Holidays. All inquiries received Wednesday-Sunday will receive a response the next business day. 
  • OPEN: Wednesday-Sunday 7am-3pm
  • Emails will be responded to within 24 hrs (reference our hours of operation). 

Artist/Designer has the right to refuse any order!
